Love INC of Manteca sits in this precious space, where individual needs meet the generosity, surplus, compassion, and care of Jesus Christ. We strive to connect our struggling neighbors with local congregations mobilized to serve.

Love INC focuses on transforming lives and our community not by making ourselves known, but by connecting struggling individuals and families with the very institution Christ himself established to answer these critical needs, his Church.

To facilitate this, we have formalized partnerships with a growing network of local churches in the greater Manteca communities. We rely on them for everything from answering a very practical and immediate need like delivering food to providing financial assistance with a utility bill.

We also have several partnerships with other community resources to move from a season of symptomatic responses to more systematic ways of crisis prevention and restoration to a place where they understand their inherent worth and dignity. 

Manteca is a city like many California Central Valley towns. Founded in 1861, and incorporated in 1918, there is a long history of hard work, commitment to families, and passion for our neighbors. Since its beginning, Manteca has seen consistent and, at times, explosive growth. This is at least in part due to its unique geography at the intersection of the CA-120 and I-5 and CA-99.

Over the past 20 years, explosive growth from the Bay Area has generated new and unique challenges for our city and its citizens. With increasing costs of housing and decreasing supply, many in our community are struggling to meet some of the very basic needs to experience the joys this traditionally family-focused city has historically offered.

This is where Love INC of Manteca comes in. Founded in 2005, Love INC of Manteca is part of a national movement of 125+ affiliates serving thousands of needs annually, locally serving more than 1500+ requests for help a year.
